Chi’Va is still here!

Development has been intentionally quiet. This project was never designed to follow a daily headline cadence or optimize for attention-driven metrics. There are no follower counts, no growth dashboards made for public consumption, and no pressure to ship noise for the sake of visibility.

Chi’Va is being built as a long-lived system. That means respecting constraints technical, financial, and human.

Without large resources, the responsible choice has been to preserve the platform in a stable state rather than force velocity at the cost of burnout or degraded quality. Shipping fast is easy. Shipping sustainably is harder, and it requires restraint.

The current version of Chi’Va continues to operate as designed. The broader roadmap, features, CI/CD improvements, and architectural upgrades exists and remains valid. New releases are committed when they can be done cleanly, deliberately, and without compromising the mental health of the people responsible for maintaining it.

This project was created to support healthier habits and long-term mental performance. That mission applies internally as much as it does externally. A burned-out founder would undermine the very premise Chi’Va stands on.

Progress doesn’t always look like motion. Sometimes it looks like keeping something alive, intact, and ready for the right moment.
